Forward-thinking match tackle

Frequently asked questions and advice

Do you sell direct?

No, we are a B2B only company. Please contact your local Middy stockists If they do not have stock of the item(s) you require, please ask them to order for you.

Where is my nearest Middy stockist?

To find the closest shop that stocks Middy tackle, please use the stockists area of our website. There are also many online retail websites that offer Middy tackle, so you could also try searching Google for the item(s) you require.

Where can I get spare sections or replacement parts for my Middy product?

Any Middy stockists can order spares for you. Please ask them to order for you.

I think my Middy product might be faulty, who do I contact?

If you believe you have a faulty item, please contact the retailer where you purchased it. The retailer has a legal obligation under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 to deal with your enquiry if relating to items purchased which appear unfit for intended purpose. As a manufacturer, we do not deal directly with the public. Please do not send any faulty products directly to us. Items believed to be faulty will be collected from the retailer by our Area Representative, and returned to us for inspection. If we find the item does have a fault, we will issue the retailer with either a credit or a replacement (whichever they have requested). In some cases, our inspection may conclude that the item has been misused, in which case we will not issue a credit or replacement.

I've lost the end caps for my pole/handle, where can I get replacements?

Most tackle shops stock lots of spare end caps for poles and handles, please contact the shops in your area to see if they have anything suitable.

I have a charity donation request, who do I contact?

While we do try to help with donations where possible, we receive dozens of requests each week and cannot guarantee a reply to each one. Please contact us on the form below if you would like to submit a charity donations request.

How do I get sponsored by Middy?

If you have years of experience in match fishing and feel you can genuinely offer something to the Middy team of sponsored anglers, please send us a direct email (info@middytackle.com) and include your angling CV (i.e. everything on a usual CV with which you'd apply for any job, plus a list of angling achievements), a selection of relevant high resolution images and an example written match report for our team co-ordinator's consideration. We cannot guarantee a response to every submission.
