If you are interested in opening an account with Middy, please leave your details below. You will receive a full application form in the post within 10 days.
We supply to retailers, wholesalers and international distributors. We do not supply:
- Non-fixed market stalls/car boots
- Companies without business premises i.e. internet only
- Members of the public
If your application is for a new shop which is not yet open, please enter the proposed shop address, and then enter the following details in the 'Comments' box:
- Your home address
- Estimated shop opening date
All correspondence will be sent to your home address until the shop opens. Thank you.
For enquiries from outside of the UK, please let us know whether you are a retailer, distributor, or both.
