We manufacture and sell millions of items each year and have very few problems. This is due to the quality of build and design in our UK plant.
If you believe you have a faulty item, please contact the retailer where you purchased it. The contract for the sale of the item is between you and the retailer. The retailer has a legal obligation under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 to deal with your enquiry if items purchased appear unfit for intended purpose. As a manufacturer, we do not deal directly with the public, so please do not send any faulty products directly to us. Items believed to be faulty should be returned to the retailer, where they will be collected by our Area Representative, and returned to us for inspection. If we find that the item does have a fault, we will issue the retailer with either a credit or a replacement (whichever they have requested). Our inspection may conclude that the item has been misused, in which case we will not issue a credit or free-of-charge replacement.
If, despite the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the retailer is unwilling to assist you, please contact any other Middy stockist
to see if they will pass on the item to our Area Representative for you.
