If you have a problem with a Middy product, please first contact the retailer from which you purchased the item. If for any reason they are unwilling to help you, please try contacting any other Middy stockist.
If you have exhausted all of the above options you are of course welcome to email us, in which case we will endeavour to find a solution to your problem.

Please do not send any faulty products directly to us, as all replacements must go through a Middy stockist/retailer. If you believe you have a faulty item, please take it to the retailer from where you bought it, and they can arrange for us to collect and inspect the item. If the retailer you bought the product from is unwilling to help, please take it to any other Middy stockist and ask them to contact their Middy area representative.
We issue credits/free of charge replacements for all items found to be faulty.
